Funderstanding:
Funderstorming is a team of education, training, product and development speacialists.

Step 1: Getting closer, closer adn closest to the customer

The first step in thunderstanding is marketing intellegnce through observational research.
The goal of observational research is to understand the needs that people have that they can't describe in surveys and focus groups - one reason why observational research is an excellent supplement to traditional research.

Step 2: Innovate

Afer finding the opportunities in the market then we will develop concept to take the advantage.
We'll facilitate brainstorming sessions and create concept sketches.

Step 3: Test, Test and Test

After having product concepts we meet the needs adn we will test them. testing will tell us about the quality of the product and also help us to improve the product before you go to production.
